At Indigo, soul food and neo-soul food are the catalysts in every dish. Cultivated from scraps and spices in its beginning, soul food now has an opportunity to be revitalized with high quality ingredients, with both ancient and modern cooking techniques.
Upon dining at Indigo, guests will be offered two separate, but equal tasting menus: Herbivore, and Pescatarian. Our Herbivore menu will showcase vegetables that have been smoked, pickled, etc. while our Pescatarian menu will be featuring locally caught seafood featuring turtle, flounder, oyster, crawfish to name a few!
