At Indigo, soul food and neo-soul food are the catalysts in every dish. Cultivated from scraps and spices in its beginning, soul food now has an opportunity to be revitalized with high quality ingredients, with both ancient and modern cooking techniques. 


Upon dining at Indigo, guests will be offered two separate, but equal tasting menus: Herbivore, and Carnivore. Our Herbivore menu will showcase vegetables that have been smoked, pickled, etc. while our Carnivore menu will be featuring all wild game meats. Starting February 1, 2020 Indigo will be replacing the Carnivore Tasting Menu with its long-awaited Pescatarian Tasting reappearance.
