At Indigo, soul food and neo-soul food are the catalysts in every dish. Cultivated from scraps and spices in its beginning, soul food now has an opportunity to be revitalized with high quality ingredients, with both ancient and modern cooking techniques.
Upon dining at Indigo, guests will be offered three separate, but equal tasting menus: Classic, Herbivore, and Carnivore. The Classic menu will be a rendition of classic soul food dishes with a modern twist. Our Herbivore menu will showcase vegetables that have been smoked, pickled, etc. Lastly, our Carnivore will be featuring all wild game meats.
